**Position**: VARC Trainer (Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension)

**Location**: Delhi / Gurugram

**Type**: Full-Time

**Overview**: Seeking a skilled VARC Trainer with proven records in CAT VARC section to teach and mentor CAT aspirants.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Classroom Training**: Conduct engaging and interactive sessions.
- **Student Assessment**: Develop and grade tests, provide feedback.
- **Individual Mentoring**: Offer personalized coaching and support.
- **Resource Management**: Maintain and recommend learning resources.
- **Performance Tracking**: Monitor student progress and implement improvement strategies.
- **Collaboration**: Work with other trainers to enhance the program.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven record in CAT VARC section.
- Experience in teaching or training for competitive exams.
- Strong command of English and communication skills.
- Ability to create effective training materials.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for teaching and student success.

**Preferred**:

- Degree in English, Education, or related field.
- Teaching certification.
- Experience in CAT coaching.
