**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans covering all quantitative aptitude topics required for the CAT exam.
- Conduct classroom sessions, online classes, and one-on-one tutoring as needed.
- Create and administer practice tests, quizzes, and mock exams to evaluate student progress.
- Provide detailed feedback and personalized guidance to help students improve their performance.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in the CAT exam pattern and syllabus.
- Develop and maintain a repository of study materials, practice questions, and resources.
- Foster a positive and motivating learning environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
- Monitor student performance and provide regular progress reports to management and students.
- Participate in faculty meetings, training programs, and professional development activities.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive curriculum.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in teaching quantitative aptitude to CAT aspirants.
- Strong understanding of CAT exam patterns, question types, and difficulty levels.
- Excellent command of quantitative aptitude concepts including but not limited to arithmetic, algebra, geometry, number systems, probability, and data interpretation.
- Demonstrated success in the CAT exam, with a high percentile score.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and simplified manner.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using online teaching tools and platforms for delivering virtual classes.
- Patience, dedication, and a passion for teaching and helping students succeed.
- Flexibility to adapt teaching methods based on student needs and feedback.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Graduate or postgraduate degree in Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with other competitive exams such as GMAT, GRE, or other MBA entrance exams is a plus.
- Familiarity with the latest educational technologies and teaching methodologies.
