**Role Purpose**
Behind every Ashray sale is an invisible system; clean, calm, and intelligent. As the Sales Operations & CRM Executive, you will build and run that system. You ensure that nothing falls through the cracks, from buyer notes and offer timelines to unit availability and payment milestones.
You will work closely with the Sales team, Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Projects departments to ensure everyone is in sync, every stage is documented, and every dashboard reflects reality. You will also help define and roll out CRM logic, user roles, and automations.
This role is for someone who enjoys process and precision, and finds fulfilment in being the quiet force behind seamless sales.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain and update CRM records and Sales Tracker daily: leads, stages, advisor status, and sources
- Generate weekly sales performance reports: visits, offers sent, closures, and pipeline forecasts
- Help structure and send offer letters, agreement kits, and closing summaries
- Track buyer follow-ups, token stages, payment linkages, and documentation progress
- Coordinate with Legal for agreement issuance and signature logs
- Work with Finance to ensure real-time payment milestone updates
- Build and maintain campaign-level insights: source ROI, lead aging, and agent performance
- Support future CRM system rollout, migration, user testing, and team training
- 2-4 years in real estate operations, CRM support, or sales analytics
- Deep proficiency with Google Sheets, Excel, CRMs (SalesForce/Zoho/HubSpot preferred)
- Understands real estate sales cycles and the importance of precision
- Calm, systematic, discreet with data, and committed to internal clarity
- Enjoys cross-team coordination and daily updates
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
