We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our dynamic team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products/services, generating leads, and providing excellent customer service to maintain a positive brand image.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Outbound Calls**: Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify potential leads to support the sales team.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products or services to provide accurate information to customers.
- **Customer Interaction**: Engage with customers, answer their questions, address concerns, and provide solutions in a courteous and professional manner.
- **Sales Pitch**: Deliver scripted sales pitches to persuade customers to purchase or use the company's offerings.
- **Follow-Up**: Follow up with potential leads and existing customers to nurture relationships and close sales.
- **Database Management**: Maintain and update customer information in the company’s CRM system.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather feedback from customers regarding their experience and report it to the relevant departments.
- **Targets and Goals**: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, leads, and sales.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and submit regular reports on call activities, lead generation, and sales performance.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, friendly, and professional tone.
- **Persuasiveness**: Ability to persuade and convince customers to purchase products or services.
- **Customer Service**: Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle objections and resolve complaints effectively.
- **Technical Skills**: Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.
- **Self-Motivation**: Highly motivated with a positive attitude and a goal-oriented mindset.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
