**Job specification**:We are looking for a Sales and Administration Associate for our Bangalore locationNeoStats Analytics is a new age Data & Analytics consulting firm offering contemporary solutions and infinite possibilities. **Job Summary**:
- Coordinate with the technical team to deliver bids, proposals, and responses to RFPs, ensuring that deadlines are met and all documentation is accurate.
- Schedule meetings with potential clients and manage initial communications to facilitate smooth introductions.
- Support RFP responses by collaborating with the Head of Business Development, ensuring all sales materials are prepared and submitted on time.
- Assist the sales team in tracking leads, managing CRM updates, and following up on key opportunities.
- Ensure the sales pipeline is up to date, scheduling necessary internal discussions to review pipeline progress.
- Contribute to the development of sales reports and summaries for leadership review.
**Qualifications**:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, with a blend of administrative and sales operations responsibilities.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with calendar management tools.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a strong sense of ownership in delivering results.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, preferably in the technology or consulting sector.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and basic sales operations processes is preferred.
