~ Bachelor’s degree in any discipline ~ 3+ years of professional experience creating product videos / motion graphics under fast turnarounds. ~ Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, Apple Final Cut Pro, Apple iMovie, Adobe After Effects, Mocha, Photoshop, Color Grading ~ Skill sets required: Motion Tracking, Keying, Rotoscopy, Match moving, Color Correction, Typography ~ Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) and Outlook ~ Good communication and presentation skills, verbal and written, in both individual and group situations for the purpose of knowledge transfer and skill development ~ Be a creative problem solver ~ Be able to maintain a positive attitude within a fast-paced environment ~ Research, discover and implement new tools, technologies and industry best practices to maximise efficiency.

We are looking for a Video Editor and Motion Graphics for GlowRoad to process and enhance video assets. This is a hands-on position that includes editing video, colour correction, motion graphics, controlling the end-to-end process by following SOP and ensuring quality compliance, establishing procedures and post-production workflows under manager’s supervision and ensuring visual consistency across multiple projects. The position requires the technical knowledge to identify improvement opportunities within the workflow and act upon reducing waste and improve quality of the product videos.

Key job responsibilities
~ Performs video editing for digitally-submitted video on GlowRoad against internal standards by using Adobe Premiere, Apple FinalCut Pro or other equivalent video editing tool ~ Performs motion graphics for creating Product summary videos according to GlowRoad standards ~ Understands and interacts with GlowRoad systems and tools ~ Follows and improves documented processes for retrieving, retouching and uploading product video from a variety of sources ~ Performs other tasks as required to support the publication of a high volume of high-quality videos for GlowRoad app ~ Recognize, facilitate, resolve and drive improvements of existing tools.

Degree in a Broadcast, Animation, Design, Media or Artistic related field ~ Streamlining video post-production workflows for high output ~ Computer technology experience with ability to administrate editing systems ~ Attention to detail and a relentless desire for innovation. ~ Understanding of the video production process, equipment, technology and roles ~ Ability to ensure quality control and consistency on projects ~ Knowledge in DaVinci Resolve would be an added advantage
