**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyze requirements and design process automation solutions using IBM BAW artifacts.
- Create scalable and robust process flows and workflows, adhering to architectural principles and design standards.
- Develop architectural diagrams and comprehensive documentation for workflow solutions.
- Understand and implement integration patterns with various upstream and downstream systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and Project Managers.
- Assess and recommend integration methodologies based on best practices.
- Optimize configurations for IBM BAW Process Center and Process Server Environments.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose innovative solutions.
- Build and customize workflow solutions using IBM BAW tools and technologies.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience with IBM BAW artifacts and process automation solutions.
- Strong analytical and design skills with the ability to translate requirements into effective workflows.
- Experience in developing and maintaining architectural and design documentation.
- Ability to evaluate integration methodologies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to optimize configurations and suggest process improvements.
