**We're actively recruiting for the position of UI/UX Designer and are on the lookout for individuals who would be an ideal fit for this role.**

**Position: UI/UX Designer**

**Location: Belapur - Navi Mumbai**

**Experience Level: 2-3 Years**

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to

understand project goals and requirements.
- Conduct user research to inform design decisions and identify user needs.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for both web and mobile
- Create and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing, and analytics.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance design

processes.
- Present and articulate design decisions to stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, with an emphasis on user experience
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent.
- Solid understanding of user-cantered design principles and best practices.
- Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
- Ability to create and communicate design concepts through wireframes, mock-ups, and

prototypes.
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies and their impact on design decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional

teams.

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Understanding of accessibility principles in design.
- Experience with animation and micro-interactions.
