We're excited to announce a new job opening for a Sales Coordinator at TIMUS Lifestyle

Location: East Zone (Kolkata, Guwahati, Bhubaneswar, Patna, Ranchi, Jamshedpur, Siliguri, Asansol, Durgapur, etc.),

North Zone (Delhi, Chandigarh, Lucknow, Kanpur, Agra, Varanasi, Meerut, Allahabad, Dehradun, etc.),

South Zone (Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kochi, Thiruvananthapuram, Coimbatore, Madurai, Salem, Tirunelveli, etc.)

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate sales activities, including scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, and preparing sales materials
- Manage customer relationships, including responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing excellent customer service
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, report generation, and sales analytics
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to achieve sales goals and objectives

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or a related field
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Knowledge of Kerala and Tamil languages is a plus

Pay: Up to ₹24,000.00 per month
