**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.).
- Analyze and report on the performance of SEM campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Team management experience, handling a Team of 4-5 members.
- Willingness to travel on field to capture on-site content and engage with target audiences.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in SEO/SEM with a track record of successful campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Proficiency in photography and video production, with knowledge of editing tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel for on-field content creation.
