**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Video Editing & Production**:

- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos that convey our brand's message effectively.
- Create videos for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and presentations.
- **Content Creation & Ideation**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video concepts and storyboards.
- Generate ideas for educational and promotional content related to agroforestry and timber investment.
- **Post-Production**:

- Ensure all videos meet technical specifications and brand guidelines.
- **Digital Optimization**:

- Optimize videos for various platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Stay updated on video trends and platform requirements to maximize reach and engagement.
- **Collaboration & Feedback**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and field operations.
- Incorporate feedback to refine and improve video content.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience with 3 to 5 Years as a Video Editor or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and visual effects (After Effects is a plus).
- Strong understanding of storytelling techniques and audience engagement.
- Excellent time-management and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a passion for visual storytelling.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in creating content related to agriculture, real estate, or investments.
- Familiarity with drone footage editing and 360-degree videos.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Photoshop or Canva.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
