Job Title: Faculty - ICT

Summary:
Roles and Responsibilities:

- Deliver engaging and interactive lectures on various ICT topics to undergraduate students.
- Develop and update course materials, including syllabi, lesson plans, and assignments.
- Provide individualized support and guidance to students, including academic advising and career counseling.
- Assess student performance through exams, projects, and presentations, and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field of ICT and incorporate them into the curriculum.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance the overall quality of the ICT program.
- Participate in departmental meetings, workshops, and conferences to contribute to the continuous improvement of the program.
- Mentor and supervise students in their research projects and internships.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in ICT or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the ICT industry or academia.
- Strong knowledge and expertise in various ICT domains, such as networking, programming, database management, and cybersecurity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively engage and motivate students.
- Proficiency in using ICT tools and software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with industry trends.
