**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Marketing Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and execute marketing plans to boost Floorzy’s brand presence and increase market share.
- Identify branding opportunities and execute campaigns that position Floorzy as a leader in industrial floor solutions.
2. Promotions and Branding:
- Arrange meetups and presentations with industrial architects to showcase Floorzy’s benefits and services.
- Strategically place Floorzy display boards and flex banners in industrial zones to maximize visibility.
- Collaborate with industrial associations and bodies to promote Floorzy’s solutions and services.
3. Customer Engagement and Market Insights:
- Connect with potential customers who have shown interest in Floorzy but have not yet converted.
- Identify reasons for stalled decisions and strategize actionable steps to convert inquiries into successful projects.
- Gather customer feedback to identify pain points and improve Floorzy’s offerings and approach.
4. Networking and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and nurture relationships with industrial contractors to promote the adoption of Floorzy services at their sites.
- Partner with event organizers and industry bodies to drive brand awareness and attract new leads.
5. Creative Campaigns and Communication:
- Design and execute innovative marketing campaigns that communicate Floorzy’s value proposition in a compelling and unique manner.
- Work with designers to create high-quality, impactful marketing materials for digital and offline channels.
6. Conversion Maximization:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve lead conversion rates by addressing customer concerns, highlighting benefits, and ensuring seamless follow-ups.
- Analyze data from campaigns and customer interactions to refine and optimize marketing efforts.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-6 years of experience in marketing roles, preferably in the industrial or construction sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders effectively.
- Proven experience in managing creative marketing campaigns and driving customer conversions.
- Analytical mindset to assess market trends and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in marketing tools to enhance campaign efficiency and track performance
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
