**Key Responsibilities**

**Sales and Customer Service**
- Greet and engage customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed product information and recommendations to customers.
- Demonstrate and explain product features and benefits to assist with purchase decisions.
- Upsel and cross-sell products to maximise sales opportunities.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.

**Sales Target Achievement**
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Actively participate in promotional campaigns and sales activities.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, discounts, and offers to share with customers.

**Store Operations**
- Ensure products are well-stocked, organised, and displayed according to store standards.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock checks and replenishment.
- Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system for billing and payment processing.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the sales floor and fitting rooms.

**Customer Relationship Management**
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Maintain a customer database and follow up on potential leads or inquiries.
- Provide after-sales support and address any concerns effectively.

**Team Collaboration**
- Work closely with team members and management to meet store objectives.
- Share customer insights and feedback to improve products and services.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English, Hindi (preferred)
