Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site Interior Designer Sales role located in Hyderabad at VITTI Living. The Interior Designer sales will be responsible for space planning, interior design, FF&E tasks and sales to bring client visions to life with intention and purpose.
- Meet prospective clients to understand their space, lifestyle, design preferences, budget, and functional requirements.
- Present customized design concepts, mood boards, and material options to clients in a compelling and professional manner. Build trust and guide clients through the design-to-execution process to close deals.
- Follow up with leads and inquiries regularly. Maintain client records, schedule meetings, and update the sales funnel to ensure timely communication and conversion.
- Conduct site visits for initial measurements and ongoing project supervision to ensure design feasibility and client satisfaction.
- Work closely with in-house designers, 3D visualizers, and project managers to ensure design accuracy, timely delivery, and alignment with the client’s expectations.
- Stay up-to-date on current interior design trends, materials, finishes, and vendor offerings to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Prepare and present quotations, address client queries, negotiate project terms, and drive the sales process to final closure.
- Ensure a smooth handover and maintain a relationship with the client post-project completion for feedback, referrals, and repeat business.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, reporting performance and lead status regularly to senior management.

**Qualifications**:

- Space Planning and Interior Design skills
- Experience in Interior design and Construction Drawings
- Knowledge of FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment)
- Strong attention to detail and creativity Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- bility to work on-site in Hyderabad Experience in sustainable design practices is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, or related field
- Should be proficient with sketch up, AutoCAD and Enscape.
