Job Role
As an ERC Generalist 2 at Adobe, you will have the outstanding opportunity to craft the employee experience and directly impact our world-class HR operations. You will prioritize and respond to incoming People Resources related employee calls and queries using our case tracking tool. These queries can range from benefits, data & records, non-ERC, compensation, recruiting, training, and more. You will provide support, research, and problem resolution as needed, ensuring a flawless and positive experience for our employees.
Work on problems of moderate scope, requiring analysis of a variety of factors.
Exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate actions.
Provide 1-click reporting support.
Complete voluntary termination activities.
Provide initial mentoring to employees, advancing issues as required depending on complexity.
Deliver operational support where local responsibilities are required.
Skill Requirements
Outstanding verbal and written communication.
Foundational generalist skills in HR, including technical and administrative knowledge of all HR functions and tools.
Proven ability to solve and prioritize moderately complex cases.
Skill in identifying problem areas while keeping a focus on finding solutions.
Demonstrated dedication to customer service.
Ability to collaborate with collaborators at all levels.
Interest in acquiring new tools and platforms, and adapting to change.
Ability to meet constant deadlines within a dynamic SLA environment.
Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and sensitivity.
