**JOB SUMMARY**
Our company is looking for an office Assistant (full-time) to be responsible for handling clerical tasks in our office. The executive will be handling office communications, recruitment, greeting clients and visitors, as well as managing files, updating paperwork and other documents, and performing other general office clerk duties.
**ELIGIBILITY**
- Having the passion to face new challenges every day
- Experience as an office assistant or in related field.
- Excellent communication & Presentation skill (English/Hindi/Bengali)
- Excellent convincing and Negotiation skill
- Having excellent knowledge of computers
- Excellent writing and editing skill in English.
- Completing writing projects, including content for blogs, articles, product descriptions, social media, and the Company’s and the client's websites, while adhering to deadlines and style, and project specifications.
**PERSONALITY**
- A highly motivated problem-solver.
- Always learning and willing to expand their horizons
- Effective in communicating within a team environment
- A team player who enjoys the creative process
- Should be organized, with an acute attention to detail
- Able to priorities tasks and work under tight time lines
**EXPERIENCE**
6 to 1 year of experience preferably from similar field
**EDUCATION**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
