**Job Title**:Associate L2, CLM

**Location**:Remote, India

**Reporting Manager**: Manager

**Role Summary**:
This role requires a strong experience of CLM tool management and configuration

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Deep understanding of Contract Lifecycle Management & prior experience in CLM system setup
- Expertise in managing various CLM tools is preferable.
- Hands on experience of different CLM roles like End user, user administrator, workflow designer etc.
- Collect and organize feedback from internal and external stakeholders using surveys, interviews, groups, usability testing (to name a few)
- Demonstrate ability to effectively communicate technical issues and resolve problems/conflicts at all levels of the organization and provide Level 2 support
- Communicate with cross-functional teams in issue identification, problem management, and resolution for systems and process escalations.
- Participate in acceptance testing, developing procedures, and updating documentation
- Participate and support existing CLM and contract automation capabilities through live sessions or pre built help guides
- Participate in creating and executing manual test cases as well as provide assistance in UAT efforts
- Experienced in designing and building Workflows, templates and playbooks to optimize legal content and clause libraries.
- Support product releases activities to help ensure the desired results of planned changes
- Must be detail-oriented, able to quickly and accurately process and analyse information, and be able to make appropriate decisions and solve problems
- Be the expert in industry leading CLM and contract automation technologies and best practices
- Exposure to large data migration process within CLM including salesforce, Apptus, Icertis, DocuSign etc.

**Required Skills/Abilities**:

- Experience of leading CLM tools like iCertis, Apttus, Ariba etc. is preferred
- iCertis CLM certification is preferable
- Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills are required
- Managed activities across multiple projects simultaneously
- Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams internally and at client s end.
- Ability to simplify and communicate technical concepts in concise language
- Ability to manage multiple requests, assess priorities and work within tight deadlines
- Flexibility to work after hours and in different time zones, when necessary
- Computer skills with high proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel

**Education and Experience**:

- Any graduate with 4 to 5 years of experience of CLM tools and understanding of CLM systems like Icertis, Apptus, Ariba, Conga etc.
