Responsibilities : -

  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to track pursuits.
  • Engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their needs
  • Client Engagement and Relationship Management.
  • Strategy and Solution Design: Lead the development of CLM strategies tailored to each client's unique requirements and industry landscape.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement CLM solutions, leveraging platforms such as Icertis, Sirion, Conga, and other relevant technologies.
  • Showcase product/solution concepts & offerings via presentations, demos and effective documentation
  • Knowhow of the different CLM technologies in the market to share perspectives with the client
  • Demonstrated experience in creating business case, industry specific decks, conducting client demos and support with proposal creation
  • Alliance management and working with leading product companies in the CLM space.

Requirements : -

  • Excellent customer service and sales skills.
  • Experience in presales/sales/solution consulting
  • Strong verbal and written communicator.
  • Strong understanding of contract management processes and best practices.
  • Knowledge of legal and regulatory compliance related to contracts is a plus.
  • Implementation experience of other products like Icertis, Conga, Zycus etc is a plus
  • Excellent phone and presentation skills.
  • Experience in contract management, commercial, procurement, or consulting roles, with a focus on Contract Lifecycle Management
  • EXPERIENCE IN TRANSFORMATION IS A MUST
