**Roles & Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring efficient and effective functioning within the project-based industry.
- Manage the project-related inventory, including receiving, inspecting, and stocking materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Utilize SAP software to track and manage project inventory levels, generate reports, and analyze data specific to project requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of project materials and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized store layout to enhance project execution and facilitate efficient operations.
- Implement and enforce store policies and procedures to ensure compliance with project-specific standards.
- Train and supervise store staff, including scheduling shifts and providing guidance on project-related material management and safety procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as project management, procurement, and finance, to optimize store operations within the project-based industry.
- Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Stay updated with industry trends, project specifications, and supplier capabilities to make informed decisions regarding material selection and availability.
- Handle project-specific material-related inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor inventory consumption and implement strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize project-related costs.
- Ensure compliance with project-specific quality and safety standards during material handling and storage.

**Requirements:

- **
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 12 to 15 years of experience in store management within project-based industries, preferably in an MNC.
- Strong knowledge and experience in working with SAP software, specifically in project-related inventory management.
- Proven track record of managing project-related inventory, optimizing stock levels, and implementing efficient store processes within project-based industries.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team within a project environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and attention to project-specific requirements.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines within the project-based industry.
