Experiance-2 to 4 Year

a) Configure of Operating system, PC & Printer Drivers and MS office, etc Software.

b) Handle on day to day basis technical support activities for Application software.

d) Technical support for computer communication Network and Voice Management Network.

f) Provide on the job trainings to new hired manpower and less experienced staffs when needed.

g) Maintain documentations of customer issues and their resolutions.

h) Perform regular evaluation on all incident trends and prepare all preventive maintenance for computer infra components.

i) Provide support in system upgrades, installing workstations and other office tools. j) Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams for resolutions.

k) Maintain the record of IT Assets and their movements.

l) To coordinate with the AMC agency for proper maintenance as per SLAs and to address all IT related issues reported.
