**Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive**

**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with hospitals, distributors, medical institutions, and healthcare professionals.
- Expand institutional sales network across diverse sectors including pharma, biotech, food & beverage, industrial units, government/defence, academia, wellness, and allied service industries beyond hospitals
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Manage existing client accounts and ensure repeat business through strong customer support.
- Conduct market research to understand competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital/offline, exhibitions, trade fairs) to target cross-industry buyers.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations, demos, and proposals to clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close deals effectively.
- Maintain and update sales reports, forecasts, and customer data.
- Work closely with management to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements for medical products.
- Proven experience in **sales & marketing of medical devices, surgical consumables, gloves, or healthcare products**.
- Strong network and contacts within hospitals, distributors, and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel across regions as per business requirements.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and passionate about healthcare industry growth.

**Education & Experience**
- **Bachelor’s degree** in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Healthcare Management (preferred but not mandatory).
- 1-3 years of relevant sales & marketing experience.
