**Overview**:As a Vendor Onboarding Specialist, you will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining positive relationships with vendors. Your primary responsibility will be to streamline the onboarding process for new vendors, ensuring a smooth and efficient integration into our business ecosystem. You will collaborate with various internal teams to gather necessary information, verify compliance, and facilitate the necessary training for vendors.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Onboarding Process Management**:Develop and maintain a standardized onboarding process for new vendors.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to identify onboarding requirements and documentation.
Communicate effectively with vendors to guide them through the onboarding process.

**Documentation and Compliance**:Collect and review vendor documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Work closely with legal and compliance teams to address any contractual or regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate records of vendor information, contracts, and compliance documents.

**Training and Orientation**:Collaborate with relevant departments to create and deliver onboarding training sessions for vendors.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to vendors, addressing any questions or concerns during the onboarding process.
Ensure vendors are well-versed in company policies, procedures, and expectations.

**Relationship Building**:Foster positive relationships with vendors, serving as the main point of contact during the onboarding phase.
Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by vendors promptly.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall vendor experience.

**Continuous Improvement**:Proactively identify areas for improvement in the onboarding process and recommend solutions.
Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in vendor management to enhance the onboarding program.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in vendor management, onboarding, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
- Familiarity with relevant software and tools for vendor management is a plus.

**Salary**: From ₹12,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
