**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to potential students and professionals, introducing them to UrbanSparks' courses and programs.
- Clearly explain course details, benefits, and job guarantee programs to prospective students.
- Achieve and exceed monthly enrollment targets.
- Handle queries, resolve concerns, and provide accurate information to prospective students.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with leads and enrolled students.
- Provide regular updates to the sales team on lead progress and conversion status.
- Visit clients' offices as needed to build stronger relationships and close deals.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in telecalling or sales, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English and local languages.
- Persuasive, goal-oriented, and resilient in handling rejections.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
