**Salary**: ₹12,000 - ₹20,000 (plus performance-based incentives & promotions)

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Lead Generation**:

- Proactively contact potential students and parents via outbound calls to introduce Medcity Study Abroad’s services. Identify and qualify leads through targeted calling and follow-up communication.
- **Lead Conversion**:

- Make initial calls to potential leads, explain services, qualify their interest, and update the lead database accurately. Coordinate follow-ups, forward qualified leads to the counsellor/sales team, and work towards achieving lead conversion targets.
- **Database & CRM Management**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls, leads, and follow-up activities in the CRM system. Ensure timely updates on lead status to support smooth coordination with the counselling team.
- **Customer Engagement**:

- **Collaboration & Support -** Work closely with the counselling and operations team to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to admission. Assist in promotional campaigns, webinars, and events to boost lead flow.
- **Target Achievement**:

- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, lead generation, and conversions. Maintain a results-driven approach while ensuring quality communication standards.
