Experience - 3+yrs Responsibility - Execution Sr noDescription Category1Holistic understanding of the siteSEM2Collaborate for Concept drawings as per Design inputs from Team Lead / Design Director / Principal architectDL3Prepare story board for design workshop Presentation DL4Prepare Presentation for design workshopDL5Update Drawings as per client inputs DL6Check signoff drawings as per checklist and ANA standardsQM & S7Prepare Presentation for final signoffDL8Prepare GFMD and coordinate with municipal department in order to finalize the feasibility reportDL9Prepare schematic drawings for consultantDL10Co-ordination with consultant & clients with resepct to deliverables & timelinesCCC11Study and implement inputs given by consultantsDL12Check schematic drawings as per checklist and ANA standardsQM & S13Prepare and finalise DD1 drawings DL & TM14Check DD1 drawings as per checklist and ANA standardsQM & S15Prepare and finalise DD2 drawings DL & TM16Check DD2 drawings as per checklist and ANA standardsQM & S17Periodic site visits to check execution as per drawings providedSEM18Environmental Clearance meetings and drawing work (if needed) DL Responsibility - Operations 1Internal meeting with PM and other team membersTM2Saving all the work on serverCOR3Guide architects in his/her Design and Technical KnowledgeTM4Inspire and motivate the team, fostering a productive work environment.TM KRA's - Execution 1Design leadership: (DL)
i) Collaborate for Concept drawings as per Design inputs from Team Lead / Design Director / Principal architect
ii) Prepare a Presentation for the design workshop
iii) Prepare Presentation for final signoff
iv) Prepare and finalize DD1 drawings
v) Prepare and finalize schematic drawings for the consultant
vi) Prepare and finalize DD 2 drawings DL2Client and Consultant collaboration: (CCC)
i) Co-ordination with consultant & clients with resepct to deliverables & timelinesCCC3Quality Control & Standards: (QM & S)Checklists and ANA StandardsOM & S4Site Execution Management : (SEM)
i) Holistic understanding of the site
ii) Periodic site visits to check execution as per drawings providedSEM KRA's - Operations 1Team Mentoring:
i) Internal meeting with the PM and other team members
ii) Guide architects in his/her Design and Technical KnowledgeTM2Core Operational Responsibility: (COR):
i) Saving all the work on the server
COR

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
