**Job Title: Middle School English Teacher**

**Location**: Chengalpattu, Tamil Nadu

**Salary**: ₹25,000 to ₹30,000

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Joining Date**: Immediate

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards for middle school English.
- Teach grammar, literature, writing, and reading comprehension in a way that enhances students’ understanding and interest in English.
- Use a variety of teaching strategies and instructional materials to meet students' diverse needs.
- Assess and monitor students' progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.
- Manage classroom behavior by establishing and enforcing clear rules and expectations.
- Participate in school meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and extracurricular activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the English curriculum and support school objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest educational practices and integrate them into teaching.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued.

**Requirements**:

- Master’s degree in English (MA) and a Bachelor of Education (BEd).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an English Teacher, preferably at the middle school level.
- Strong command of the English language, with excellent communication skills.
- Proven ability to motivate and inspire students.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Commitment to creating a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and adapt to new teaching strategies.

**Application Process**:
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
