Job Overview:
A 3D Visualizer is responsible for creating stunning, photorealistic visualizations of architectural designs, interior spaces, products, and more. This role requires a combination of artistic flair, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of 3D modeling and rendering software. The 3D Visualizer will work closely with architects, designers, and other stakeholders to bring concepts to life and ensure that the final visual representations align with project specifications and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

- **3D Modeling and Rendering**:

- Create detailed 3D models from architectural plans, sketches, and reference images.
- Develop high-quality, photorealistic renderings and animations for presentations and marketing materials.
- Utilize software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Rhino, and Blender for modeling and rendering.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work collaboratively with architects, interior designers, and project managers to understand project requirements and deliver visuals that meet their needs.
- Present visualizations to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback and making necessary adjustments.
- Coordinate with other members of the design team to ensure consistency and accuracy in all visual outputs.
- **Post-Production and Enhancements**:

- Enhance rendered images using post-production techniques in software like Adobe Photoshop and After Effects.
- Implement feedback to refine visuals and achieve the desired level of detail and realism.
- **Project Management**:

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.
- Maintain organized files and documentation related to each project.
- **Innovation and Development**:

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies in 3D visualization and rendering.
- Continuously improve skills through training, workshops, and self-study.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 24 per week
