Urgent hiring Dialysis Technician with 2+ years of relevant experience for reputed multispeciality hospital at Pune.
- **Operate and Maintain Dialysis Equipment**:
Set up, operate, and monitor dialysis machines during patient treatments. Ensure equipment is functioning properly, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain a sterile environment.
- **Patient Care During Dialysis**:
Prepare patients for dialysis, insert needles into dialysis fistulas/grafts, and monitor vital signs during treatment. Respond to any signs of discomfort or complications promptly.
- **Safety & Infection Control**:
Adhere to hospital protocols for infection control, ensuring all equipment and treatment areas are thoroughly disinfected and maintained.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:
Record patient data, including treatment parameters, any complications, and concerns. Communicate relevant information to the medical team to adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- **Collaboration with Healthcare Team**:
Work alongside nephrologists, nurses, and other medical staff to ensure coordinated and effective patient care. Report any abnormalities in patient conditions or treatment progress.
- **Patient Education & Support**:
Educate patients on dialysis procedures, lifestyle adjustments, and dietary restrictions. Provide emotional support to patients and families during treatment sessions.

Salary : Rs.15,000/- to Rs.20,000/- (Subject to Qualifications, Experience & Current CTC).

Notice Period : Immediate/ max 30 Days.

**Experience**:

- Dialysis Technician with multispeciality hospital: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Marathi fluently (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Dialysis Technician Certificate (preferred)
