**Job Description**:
We are seeking a skilled and creative Video Editor and Motion Graphics Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality video content and dynamic motion graphics that align with our brand's visual identity and communication goals. You will collaborate closely with our creative and marketing teams to bring ideas to life through captivating visuals.

**Responsibilities**:
Video Editing:Edit raw video footage into polished, cohesive, and engaging video content.
Create seamless transitions, add effects, and synchronize audio for a professional finish.
Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine video content.

Motion Graphics Design:Design and animate motion graphics elements such as titles, lower thirds, and animations.
Develop visually appealing and dynamic graphics that enhance storytelling and convey information effectively.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continually enhance motion graphics quality.

Storytelling:Collaborate with content creators and marketing teams to understand project goals and objectives.
Help shape the narrative and visual style of videos to effectively communicate the desired message.

Asset Management:Organize and manage video and graphic assets in a structured and accessible manner.
Maintain an organized archive of projects for future reference and repurposing.

Quality Control:Ensure all content meets brand guidelines and maintains a high level of quality and consistency.
Conduct thorough reviews of videos and graphics to eliminate errors before final delivery.

Software Proficiency:Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) for seamless video editing.
Skilled in motion graphics software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Motion) to create visually engaging animations.

Collaboration and Communication:Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver on expectations.
Effectively communicate ideas, progress, and challenges to team members and stakeholders.

Deadlines:Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
Adapt to changes and revisions while maintaining a high level of efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Film, Media, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in video editing and motion graphics design, demonstrated through a strong portfolio of previous work.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and motion graphics software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Motion).
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and typography.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Portfolio showcasing a range of video editing and motion graphics projects is required.

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
