Our current team strength is 150+ and we have completed 300+ projects and counting. Our wide-range capabilities have opened up horizons for us to create products and services for sectors like Health Care, Finance, Real Estate, Manufacturing, telecommunications, Oil & Gas, Event & Entertainment, etc.

Sunflower Lab is currently looking for extremely smart and talented people to join our team in Vadodara, Gujarat. The selected individuals will be part of full process from beginning to production.

**Skills**:

- 3-4 years of relevant work experience.
- A design portfolio illustrating the concepts of design for websites and/or mobile devices.
- Excellent visual design skills
- Experience in working with Figma and other popular design tools.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps.
- Deep knowledge of the web, mobile, and responsive design.
- Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems.
- Manage projects independently and deliver presentations to clients as required
- Prepare and present rough drafts and present to internal teams and key stakeholders.
- Collaborating effectively with product, engineering, and management teams.
- Participate in client meetings and present designs when needed.
- Ability to understand user requirements, brainstorm and conceptualize them into ideas in the form of illustrations.
- Up to date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Study design briefs and determine requirements.
- Experience defining and maintaining a complex style guide and design system.
- A strong ability to manage time and meet deadlines.
- Optimize existing user interface designs.
- Plan and implement new designs.
