Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize design concepts.
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and user flows to guide the design process.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to define product requirements and ensure the feasibility of design solutions.
- Iterate designs based on feedback from stakeholders and user testing.
- Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across digital products.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar software.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and data analysis.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale.
- Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
