Job Title: Accounts & Export Documentation Executive
Location: Gariahat
Experience Required: 4 - 5 Years in Import & Export Documentation
Salary Range: Up to ₹25,000 per month
Job Summary:
Prepare and manage all export and import documentation including invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, bills of lading, letter of credit (LC) documentation, and bank-related documents.
Coordinate with shipping lines, CHA, freight forwarders, and transporters for smooth export & import operations.
Ensure compliance with customs, excise, and other statutory regulations.
Maintain accurate records of shipments and documentation.
Assist the accounts team with export receivables, bank reconciliation, and related accounting entries.
Handle post-shipment documentation and follow-up with banks for negotiation and realization of payments.
Communicate with clients and vendors to resolve queries related to documentation and accounts.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
4-5 years of proven experience in export-import documentation.
Strong knowledge of customs clearance, banking documentation, and shipping procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (Tally/ERP preferred).
Good communication and coordination skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
