You will be based at Corporate office and will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of Security and Fire Safety are supervised and taken care of at all customer locations.
- Develop and implement robust security policies and procedures.
- Assessing potential risks and vulnerabilities, investigating security breaches, incidents and reinforcing appropriate measures to mitigate them.
- Conduct regular security assessments, facilitate customer audits and inspections to identify gaps and recommend areas for improvement.
- Supervising Security and Fire safety staff, assign /monitor work assignments and provide training to staff on security procedures and basic fire & first aid on regular basis.
- Maintain and update emergency response /disaster management plans and training the site teams.
- Ensure complete documentation and Police verification of security personnels.
- Conduct Security investigations and preparation of Incident report.
- Handle emergency situations (fire, evacuations, customer complaints, human crises etc.) with efficiency.
- Conduct Security Risk Assessment and planning effective Guarding Strategies.
- Conduct Mock Drills on medical emergencies, Bomb Threats/Search Handling, Riots etc.
- Maintain clear communication with client SPOC regarding incidents, concerns of Security team members, recommendations, staffing needs, events, etc.
- Conduct regular review of security team members, reports and monitoring performance.
- Developing liaison with govt agencies e.g., local Police, Fire Services etc.
- Preparation of monthly security MIS.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per month
