**Responsibilities**:

- Develop detailed 2D and 3D design concepts for residential and commercial projects.
- Create high-quality renderings and visual presentations to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and incorporate their feedback into designs.
- Work closely with project managers and architects to ensure designs are feasible and meet project timelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and design software to enhance design quality and efficiency.
- Prepare design documentation, including mood boards, color palettes, and material specifications.
- Assist in site visits and presentations as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience in 2D and 3D design, preferably within the interior design industry.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of space planning, color theory, and materials.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
