Clinicity is a leading healthcare platform dedicated to connecting patients with top-quality medical professionals. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team and contribute to our mission of improving healthcare accessibility.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead Generation: Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to attract potential clients, including doctors and healthcare providers.
- Doctor Outreach: Actively reach out to doctors and healthcare professionals to promote Clinicity's services and build strong relationships.
- Field Visits: Conduct regular field visits to doctor's chambers to establish connections, understand their needs, and address any queries.
- Marketing Collateral: Create and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and digital content to generate awareness and interest.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and follow-ups in our CRM system.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, lead generation, and conversion rates.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
- Event Coordination: Participate in industry events, conferences, and webinars to network and promote Clinicity.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with doctors and clients.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport, establish trust, and maintain positive relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Sales and Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to persuade and close deals.
- Time Management: Effective time management skills to balance multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to problem-solving and finding innovative solutions.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and digital marketing tools.
- Domain Knowledge: Basic understanding of the healthcare industry and medical terminology.
- Willingness to Travel: Ability to travel within the assigned territory to meet with doctors and attend events.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Shift allowance

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Lead generation: 1 year (required)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (preferred)

Work Location: In person
