Qdexi Global Solution LLP is seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our brand and creating compelling designs that resonate with our target audience. You will collaborate closely with our marketing, product, and development teams to deliver visually stunning and effective solutions across various digital and print platforms.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize, design, and execute innovative and visually appealing graphic designs for digital and print materials, including but not limited to websites, social media assets, brochures, advertisements, presentations, infographics, logos, and branding materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience to ensure designs effectively communicate the intended message and align with brand guidelines.
- Translate creative briefs and ideas into high-quality, pixel-perfect designs while adhering to project timelines and deadlines.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design processes and deliverables.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to support marketing and branding initiatives.
- Create and maintain design assets, templates, and style guides to ensure consistency and cohesiveness across all brand touchpoints.
- Collaborate with external vendors, printers, and other stakeholders to oversee the production and implementation of printed materials.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to junior designers, interns, and other team members to foster their professional growth and development.
- Assist in other design-related tasks and projects as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Proven experience as a graphic designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and design fundamentals.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Experience working with web design tools and knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Passion for creativity, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Prior experience in a marketing or advertising agency is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:
