**Key Responsibilities**:

- **A+ Content Creation**: Develop and design compelling A+ content for Amazon and other e-commerce platforms to enhance product listings and drive conversions.
- **Product Banner Design**: Create eye-catching and effective banners for various e-commerce sites to showcase products and promotions.
- **Visual Strategy**: Collaborate with our marketing and product teams to understand the vision and requirements for each project.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure all designs align with our brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity.
- **Optimization**: Continuously optimize designs based on performance metrics and feedback to maximize impact.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, particularly in e-commerce and A+ Content creation.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in product banners and A+ Content.
- Excellent understanding of e-commerce platforms and their design requirements.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
