**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Identify Training Needs**: Liaise with managers to assess and identify training requirements for the sales team, and develop comprehensive training schedules.
- **Design Tailored Training Programs**: Develop and implement targeted training programs that meet the specific needs of the Sales Division, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- **Orientation and Onboarding**: Create and conduct orientation sessions for new hires and sales teams, ensuring a smooth and informative introduction to their roles.
- **Onboarding Training**: Facilitate onboarding training for new employees, helping them transition effectively and become productive quickly.
- **Consultation and Support**: Provide ongoing consultation to salespeople, addressing any challenges they face on the job and offering guidance on overcoming obstacles.
- **Evaluate and Improve Training Programs**: Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs, providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- **Develop Training Modules**: Design and create specialized training modules based on the evolving needs of the Sales Division.
- **Role-Playing Exercises**: Organize and lead role-playing activities to simulate real-world client interactions and sales challenges, such as overcoming objections.
- **Upselling Strategies**: Advise and train sales team members on best practices and strategies for upselling products and services effectively.
- **Diverse Training Techniques**: Utilize a variety of engaging training techniques, including gamification, case studies, and group activities, to enhance the learning experience.
- **Record-Keeping**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all training materials, curricula, and resources to ensure consistency and easy accessibility.
- **Seminars and Workshops**: Conduct seminars, workshops, and one-on-one training sessions to encourage employee growth and development.
- **Educational Material Creation**: Prepare educational resources such as module summaries, instructional videos, and handouts to support the learning process.
- **Mentorship**: Provide ongoing support and mentorship to new employees, ensuring they feel confident and integrated into their roles.
- **Attendance and Training Records**: Maintain detailed records of employee attendance, participation, and progress in training sessions.
- **Budget Management**: Oversee the training budget, ensuring that training resources are allocated and used effectively.
- **Training Evaluations**: Conduct regular evaluations and feedback sessions to assess the impact of training and identify areas for further improvement.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Corporate Trainer or in a similar training role, with a focus on sales teams.
- Strong understanding of training methodologies, techniques, and tools, with the ability to design and deliver effective programs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate learners through various training formats, including group sessions, one-on-one coaching, and digital platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint); familiarity with e-learning software is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Ability to assess and monitor training effectiveness and employee progress.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt training approaches as needed.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
