**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
Handle walkin and telephonic inquiries professionally.
Counsel prospective students about various computer and skillbased courses offered.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
Maintain student records and update CRM software regularly.
Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and promotions.
Ensure monthly admission targets are achieved.
Provide excellent customer service and support to students and parents.

**Requirements**:
Minimum 1 year of experience in counseling, admission, or customer service roles (preferably in the education sector).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
Goaloriented and selfmotivated.
Good working knowledge of MS Office.
