**CITIZEN Cincom Machine Operator, Setter cum programmer**

Ø **Machine Setup & Operation**:
1. Set up Machine Citizen K16 & A12 auto turning machines with proper tools, fixtures, and programs.

2. Load raw materials (bar stock) and adjust machine settings for optimal performance.

3. Monitor machine operations to ensure precision and efficiency.

4. Knowledge & Experienced in FANUC Controls.

5. Knowledge & Experienced in Feeder XT 320S.

Ø **Quality Control**:
1. Perform in-process inspections using micrometre, calliper, and CMMs.

2. Ensure parts meet dimensional tolerances and surface finish requirements.

3. Document inspection results and report deviations.

Ø **Maintenance & Troubleshooting**:
1. Conduct routine maintenance (lubrication, cleaning, tool replacement).

2. Diagnose and resolve machine malfunctions to minimize downtime.

3. Coordinate with maintenance teams for major repairs.

Ø **Production Efficiency**:
1. Optimize cycle times while maintaining quality.

2. Minimize scrap and rework through proper setup and monitoring.

3. Follow production schedules to meet daily output targets.

Ø **Safety & Compliance**:
1. Adhere to workplace safety protocols (PPE, lockout / tagout).

2. Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S standards).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
