**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads, identify prospects, and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers clearly.
- Distribute promotional materials and organize on-ground marketing activities.
- Collect customer feedback and report insights to the management team.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and marketing targets.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, leads, and conversions.
- Represent the company at **exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events**.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Marketing, Business Administration, or related field** (not mandatory for freshers).
- Proven experience in **direct sales/marketing, field sales, or customer-facing roles** (0-3 years; freshers with good communication skills may apply).
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle customer objections.
- Basic knowledge of **MS Office / CRM tools** to track sales and customer data.

**Preferred Skills (Good to Have)**:

- Prior experience in **B2B/B2C direct sales or telemarketing**.
- Familiarity with the industry/product domain.
- Fluency in **multiple languages** to engage a wider audience.

**Soft Skills**:

- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude and adaptability in dynamic environments.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
