**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and Execute Recruitment Strategies: Create and implement effective recruitment plans to attract top leadership talent, leveraging various sourcing channels, networks, and technologies.

5. Offer Extension and Negotiation: Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and ensure successful onboarding of new hires.

6. Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve recruitment strategies and processes.

**Requirements**:
1. Minimum 2+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field, with a focus on leadership hiring.

2. Proven track record of successful leadership placements, with a strong understanding of the complexities and nuances of executive recruitment.

3. Strong network and connections within the industry, with the ability to leverage these relationships to attract top talent.

5. Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, analyze metrics, and drive process improvements.

6. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM software, and other recruitment technologies.

7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

**Nice to Have**:
1. Certifications in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field (e.g., CPR, CIR, or SHRM-CP).

2. Experience with diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, with a passion for promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

3. Knowledge of employment law, regulatory requirements, and industry trends, with the ability to provide guidance and support on recruitment-related matters.
