**WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:
**System Administrator**

**Must have competencies**:

- SQL Server 2012+ administrator
- SQLplus queries, table space manipulation, character set migration ability
- NoSQL knowledge and/or desire to learn it
- Import/export/backup, clustering/DR/HA ability
- DB installation/upgrades and storage distribution
- Basic Windows & Database Server administration
- Powershell
- High proficiency with debuggers and profilers
- Good reasoning and analytical skills

**Technical Requirements (Good to Have)**:

- Technical certifications
- Hands on experience with Agile methodologies
- Experience in Medical domain
- Good exposure to tools like Visual Studio, JIRA, MS Office, Bug tracking tools

**Soft Skills (Must Have)**:

- Excellent communicator
- Positive attitude towards learning/challenges/team/etc.
- Good team leader/coach/mentor

**Responsibility**:

- Designing, maintaining databases
- Liaison with product development team on daily basis
- Performance monitoring of the database
- Technical documentation
- Customer communication for technical things on a daily basis
