**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Diagnose and repair MI smartphones and other electronic devices.
- Perform hardware and software troubleshooting and repairs.
- Replace faulty components such as screens, batteries, and other internal parts.
- Ensure all repairs are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Provide technical support and advice to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest MI products and repair techniques.
- Record and report repair details and inventory usage.
- Collaborate with the customer care team to address customer issues and ensure satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum education requirement: 10th grade pass.
- Proven experience as a mobile technician or in a similar technical role.
- Strong technical skills in diagnosing and repairing smartphones.
- Familiarity with MI brand products is a plus.
- Ability to use various tools and equipment for repairs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
