Job Title: Mobile Technician

Job Summary:
Alwick Gadgets Shop is seeking a skilled and experienced Mobile Technician to join our team. The Mobile Technician will be responsible for repairing and servicing mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets, ensuring that they are in optimal working condition and meet the expectations of our customers.

Job Responsibilities:

- Diagnose and repair various issues with mobile devices such as cracked screens, damaged charging ports, software malfunctions, and more.
- Perform regular maintenance on mobile devices to prevent future issues.
- Keep accurate records of repairs and services performed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering customer questions and concerns regarding their mobile devices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and trends in the mobile device industry.
- Collaborate with the sales team to recommend appropriate accessories and upgrades to customers.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding repairs, service, and inventory management.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of experience repairing and servicing mobile devices.
- Strong knowledge of mobile device operating systems such as iOS and Android.
- Experience with mobile device repair tools and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Customer service-oriented with a passion for helping people.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
