The Mobile Service Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and testing mobile phones and tablets. The role involves hardware and software troubleshooting, replacement of spare parts, software updates, and ensuring high-quality service standards to maintain customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Diagnose and repair mobile phones, tablets, and other handheld devices.
- Perform hardware-level repairs such as display, battery, mic, speaker, charging port, and motherboard replacements.
- Conduct software troubleshooting, flashing, and updates for Android and iOS devices.
- Test all repaired devices for quality assurance before delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and service time.
- Ensure proper handling of tools, spare parts, and ESD safety procedures.
- Provide technical support and guidance to showroom or customer service teams.
- Stay updated with the latest mobile technology trends and repair techniques.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area.
- Ensure timely completion of service requests and adherence to company standards.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- ITI / Diploma in Electronics or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in mobile phone service and repair.
- Strong knowledge of mobile hardware, software, and diagnostic tools.
- Ability to identify issues quickly and provide efficient solutions.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and upgrade technical skills.
