**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and cultivate new leads through various channels such as networking events, referrals, and cold calling.
- Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Showcase properties to potential buyers and provide accurate information regarding features, pricing, and availability.
- Negotiate sales contracts and facilitate the closing process to ensure a smooth transaction for both buyers and sellers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies for promoting properties and reaching target demographics.
- Stay updated on market conditions, industry regulations, and legal requirements related to real estate transactions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while adhering to company policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market, including pricing trends, property types, and legal regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and negotiate effectively.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets and overcoming challenges.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools for managing leads and tracking sales activities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

**Salary**: ₹12,443.48 - ₹20,000.00 per month
