**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented SEO & Digital Marketing Trainee to become a valuable member of our digital team. This trainee position is ideal for a recent graduate or fresher eager to launch their career in digital marketing, specifically focusing on white-hat SEO and social media strategies, within a professional legal environment. Working under the guidance of our experienced SEO Expert and alongside our Graphic Designer, you will contribute directly to enhancing our online visibility, driving organic traffic, and supporting our lead generation initiatives for the group websites.

**Key Responsibilities**:
SEO Support:

- Assist the SEO Expert with implementing on-page optimization for website content, including writing meta descriptions, title tags, optimizing header tags, and image alt text.
- Support in conducting keyword research and analysis to identify relevant search terms and content opportunities.
- Help execute internal linking strategies to improve website structure and user flow.
- Assist with basic technical SEO tasks such as identifying and reporting broken links, crawl errors, and site speed issues.
- Support the process of building and managing local citations and online directory listings.
- Assist in monitoring website performance, keyword rankings, and traffic using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.

Social Media Posting:

- Schedule and publish approved digital content (text, images, videos) on relevant social media platforms (primarily LinkedIn, potentially Facebook/Instagram) based on the content calendar.
- Share company blog posts, news, case studies, and insights.
- Assist with basic social media monitoring and engagement tracking.

Content Support:

- Aid in formatting and uploading website content, blog posts, and guides via the CMS.
- Support in gathering research materials or information for content creation as directed.

Reporting Assistance:

- Help collect and organize data from digital marketing platforms (Google Analytics, GSC, social media) to contribute to performance reports.

General Digital Marketing Tasks:

- Keep up-to-date with fundamental SEO, social media, and digital marketing trends.
- Provide administrative and organizational support to the digital marketing team.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- A basic understanding of SEO principles and how search engines work.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, and an understanding of how they are used professionally.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in standard computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace).
- Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and a proactive attitude.
- High eagerness and capacity to learn new digital marketing concepts, tools, and techniques quickly.
- A dedicated work ethic and the ability to follow instructions accurately and effectively.

**Desired Skills (Added Advantage)**:

- Basic understanding or interest in PPC advertising platforms like Google Ads or LinkedIn Ads.
- Previous experience (including academic projects, internships, or personal projects) in SEO or digital marketing.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and GSC.
- Experience using a Content Management System (CMS) such as WordPress.
- An interest in or basic knowledge of the legal or immigration sector.
