- We are Hiring for position of Contracting Manager with 3-6 yrs. of experience in hotel contracting profile._
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- 1. Required to lead all supplier contract negotiations to ensure best purchase rates are obtained with hotels, ground transporters, hotel bookings._
- 2. Develop and implement a strategy to maximize all yield and revenue opportunities._
- 3. Identify and negotiate partners deals that lead to improved commercial performance_
- 4. Managing operational issues and liaise with third party vendors_
- 5. Evaluate current operational strategies and recommend improvements_
- 6. Generating operational reports for management as needed._
- 7. Generating new leads and fostering existing relationships._
- REQUIREMENTS:_
- _Experience of 8 years with min 3 yrs. as Contracting Manager within the Travel and Tourism Industry_
- _High-level understanding of operational and logístical tactics, destinations, suppliers & hotels._
- _Personal DMC contacts and experience in DMC and hotel contracting for the best rates._
- _Must bring in extensive network and contacts in the travel industry_
- _Financial awareness including business acumen and profit awareness_
- _Enthusiastic with excellent Communication Skills._

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
